NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 27, 2017, and entered in 2015CA-002650-0000-00 of the Circuit Court of the TENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK TRUST, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR LSF9 MASTER PARTICIPATION TRUST is the Plaintiff and MARIA CHRISTINE D. SWINEY; UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST FRANK J. SWINEY, DECEASED; NICHOLAS SWINEY A/K/A NICK SWINEY; ASHLEY CRAWFORD; THE INDEPENDENT SAVINGS PLAN COMPANY D/B/A ISPC; 21ST MORTGAGE CORPORATION; TANGERINE TRAILS NORTH HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. F/K/A TANGERINE TRAILS HOMEOWNERS ASSOICATION 4, INC. are the Defendant(s). Stacy M. Butterfield as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.polk.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on February 01, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
