NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated September 27, 2017, and entered in Case No. 11-2016-CA-000835-0001-XX of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida in which Cenlar FSB, is the Plaintiff and Robin Okolski, Carlson Custom Painting, Inc. dba Carlson Carpet Cleaning, Collier County, Florida Board of County Commissioners, Patricia A. Okolski, Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., as successor in interest to First Union National Bank, Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, the Collier County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, Collier County in the Lobby of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3rd floor, Collier County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 25 day of January, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
