NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated December 27, 2017, entered in Case No. 11-2009-CA-008395 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein HSBC Bank USA, National Association as Trustee for Wells Fargo Asset Securities Corporation, Mortgage Asset-Backed Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2007-PA3 is the Plaintiff and Lorna Green; HSBC Bank USA, National Ssociation as Trustee for Wells Fargo Asset Securites Corporatio, Mortgage Asset-Backed Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2007-PA3; Andreas Reidemeister; Tenant #1; Tenant #2; Tenant #3; Tenant #4 are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, Collier County Courthouse Annex, Third Floor Lobby, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 25 day of January, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 5, BLOCK E, A SUBDIVISION OF BLOCKS E, F, G AND H, PINE RIDGE SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 29, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
