NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 27 2017, entered in Case No. 11-2017-CA-000062-0001-XX of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. is the Plaintiff and C. Roger Biles; Antonia V. Biles are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, Collier County Courthouse Annex, Third Floor Lobby, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 25 of January, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 13, BLOCK 1, AVALON ESTATES, UNIT NO. 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 3, PAGE 62 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
