NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 25, 2017, and entered in Case No. 17-CA-004138 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which U.S. Bank National Association as Indenture Trustee for Springleaf Mortgage Loan Trust 2013-3, Mortgage-Backed Notes, Series 2013-3, is the Plaintiff and Elizabeth Brown a/k/a Elizabeth A. Brown are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 24th day of January, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
