NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 15 day of December, 2017, and entered in Case No. 14CA02472, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and BANK OF AMERICA, N.A.; KEY ROYAL CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; BILLY HAMILTON A/K/A WILLIAM D. HAMILTON; MIKE HAMILTON A/K/A MICHAEL D. HAMILTON; JEFF HAMILTON A/K/A JEFFREY D. HAMILTON; JAMES HAMILTON A/K/A JAMES D. HAMILTON; STEPHANIE S. WIECZOREK A/K/A STEPHANIE KEZERLE; GREG M. WIECZOREK, JR.; UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF JEAN F. RUSSELL; UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF SUSAN JEAN WIECZOREK A/K/A SUSAN J. WIECZOREK A/K/A SUSAN JEAN HAMILTON; and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. DWIGHT E. BROCK as the Clerk of the Circuit Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the, the Lobby on the 3rd Floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, 11:00 AM on the 25 day of January, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 411, KEY ROYAL, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3514, PAGES 1481 THROUGH 1630, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH THE EXCLUSIVE RIGHT TO USE PARKING SPACE NUMBER 151.
Any PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
