NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 23, 2017, and entered in Case No. 17-CA-004886 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which State Farm Bank, F.S.B, is the Plaintiff and Heritage Harbor Golf & Country Club Community Association, Inc., Jacob Winokur, a minor child in the care of his father and natural guardian, Robert Joseph Winokur, Paige Winokur, a minor child in the care of her father and natural guardian, Robert Joseph Winokur, The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, or other Claimants claiming by, through, under, or against, Kelly A. Murphy a/k/a Kelly Ann Murphy f/k/a Kelly A. Winokur, deceased, Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 24th day of January, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
