NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order canceling the December 21, 2017 sale and Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated December 6, 2017, and entered in Case No. 112016CA0022410001XX, of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON, F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS SUCCESSOR-IN-INTEREST TO JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR STRUCTURED ASSET MORTGAGE INVESTMENTS II TRUST 2005-AR1, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-AR1 is Plaintiff and RANDALL JUSTICE; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF RANDALL JUSTICE; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; are defendants. DWIGHT E. BROCK, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash ON THE THIRD FLOOR LOBBY OF THE COURTHOUSE ANNEX, at 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES in COLLIER County, FLORIDA 34112, at 11:00 A.M., on the 25 day of January, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 17, BLOCK 17, NAPLES PARK SUBDIVISION, UNIT NO. 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE 107, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
This notice is provided pursuant to Administrative Order No.2.065.
