NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated August 7, 2017 (the “Judgment”) and Order to Cancel and Reschedule Foreclosure Sale dated October 11, 2017, both entered in Case No. 2017-CA-001957, Division C of the Circuit Court for Sarasota County, Florida, The Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at a public sale conducted via Internet: www.sarasota.realforeclose.com on the 2nd day of February, 2018, at 9:00 A.M. the following described property as set forth in the Judgment:
