IN TRUST FOR MORGAN STANLEY MORTGAGE CAPITAL HOLDINGS LLC is the Plaintiff and PAUL GATES; SHERRY GATES; FLORIDA TRANSCOR INC; NATIONAL TRAFFIC SIGNS INC.; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, MARK OBER, U.S. ATTORNEYS OFFICE OF THE THIRTEENTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT OF FLORIDA are the Defendant(s).
