NOTICE OF SHERIFF'S SALE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to a Writ of Execution issued out of the County Court of Lee County, Florida, on the 26th day of September, 2017, in the cause wherein Miromar Outlet West, LLC, is Plaintiff, and Tasteria LLC, FMJC Investments, L.L.C., Jean-Jacques Chabert, Francoise Maurice, Hanspeter Clavadetscher, and Margarete Leeser is Defendants, being Case No. 17-CA-1658, in the said county; I, MIKE SCOTT, as Sheriff of Lee County, Florida, have levied upon all of the right, title, and interest of the Defendant, Tasteria LLC, FMJC Investments, L.L.C., Jean-Jacques Chabert, Francoise Maurice, Hanspeter Clavadetscher, and Margarete Leeser, in and to the following described property to-wit:
DESCRIPTION OF PROPERTY
All of the furnishings, fixtures and remaining inventory left at Tasteria, LLC,
10801 Corkscrew Rd., Suite 193, Estero, FL 33928
and on Thursday, January 18, 2018, at 10801 Corkscrew Rd., Suite 193, Estero, Florida at the hour of 10:00 A.M., or as soon thereafter as possible, I will offer for sale all of the Defendant's, Tasteria LLC, FMJC Investments, L.L.C., Jean-Jacques Chabert, Francoise Maurice, Hanspeter Clavadetscher, and Margarete Leeser, right, title, and interest in aforesaid property at public outcry and will sell the same, subject to all prior liens, encumbrances and judgments, if any, to the highest and best bidder or bidders for CASH IN HAND, the proceeds to be applied as far as may be to the payment of costs and the satisfaction of the above-described Execution.
