NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Administrative Order by the Clerk entered in Civil Case No. 15-CA-006870 of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE ON BEHALF OF THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF MORGAN STANLEY ABS CAPITAL I INC, TRUST 2004-SD3, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2004-SD3 is Plaintiff and DUPREE-RUSSELL, DIANE S AND SEAN, et al, are Defendants. The clerk PAT FRANK shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Hillsborough County On Line Public Auction website: www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM on February 23, 2018, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property located in HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida as set forth in said Summary Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to-wit:
