YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to foreclose a lien for assessments on the following property in Pinellas County, Florida:
Leasehold interest created by Condominium Lease Agreement recorded in O.R. Book 3457, page 275, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, as the same pertains to:
Apartment No. 203, TIFFANY GARDENS APARTMENTS, a Condominium, together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in O.R. Book 3455, pages 937 through 977, and all its attachments and amendments, and according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 7, pages 23 through 25 of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida,
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on EMILY L. RAFFA, ESQ., of Lang & Raffa, P.A., Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is P.O. Box 7990, St. Petersburg, FL 33734, [email protected], on or before the 5th day of February, 2018, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
