NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 28, 2017, and entered in 12-000317-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein GREEN TREE SERVICING, LLC is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENOR, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTBY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF CHRISTINE M. DRNACH, DECEASED; LISA ANN CUONZO; TY JOSEPH DRNACH, A MINOR CHILD, BY AND THROUGH HIS NEXT BEST FRIEND, KATHLEEN CLARK, MOTHER/INFORMANT; THE HARLINE ALARM CO., INC. ; PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA; PARK PLAZA CONDOMINIUM OWNERS ASSOCIATION PHASE II, INCORPORATED are the Defendant(s).
