NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 14-006715-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein, BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE, ON BEHALF OF THE HOLDERS OF THE ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2005-51, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-51, Plaintiff, and, CARLOS TRAMONTANA, INDIVIDUALLY AND AS TRUSTEE UNDER A TRUST AGREEMENT AND KNOWN AS TRUST NO. 440, DATED AUGUST 31, 2012, et al.., are Defendants, Clerk of the Circuit Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, WWW.PINELLAS.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at the hour of 10:00 AM, on the 22nd day of January, 2018, the following described property:
UNIT NO. 404, NORTH BUILDING, 440 WEST, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 22, PAGE(S) 27 THROUGH 36 INCLUSIVE, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4344, PAGE(S) 974, AS AMENDED AND RESTATED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 10184, PAGE 551, ALL OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
