NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated December 08, 2017, and entered in Case No. 16-003588-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS COUNTY, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK TRUST, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR LSF9 MASTER PARTICIPATION TRUST, is Plaintiff, and MICHAEL MASSIMINI A/K/A MICHAEL P. MASSIMINI, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00 AM www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 14 day of February, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 24 AND THE WEST 5 FEET OF LOT 23, BLOCK 2, PONCE DE LEON PARK, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 12, PAGE 47 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
