NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 2, 2017, and entered in Case No. 2016-CA-010318-O, of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida. HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE FOR PEOPLE'S CHOICE HOME LOAN SECURITIES TRUST SERIES 2005-4 (hereafter “Plaintiff”), is Plaintiff and UNKNOWN HEIRS OF SHERWIN W. HAYNES A/K/A SHERWIN HAYNES; GINGER CREEK HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; SHERRI SINGH A/K/A SHERI L. SINGH A/K/A SHERRI HAYNES SINGH; ASHLEY CUNNINGHAM, are defendants. Tiffany M. Russell, Clerk of the Circuit Court for ORANGE County, Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 6TH day of FEBRUARY, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 59, GINGER CREEK, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 16, PAGES 88 AND 89, PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
