Unit 105, Building 2, Phase 2, VISTAS AT STONEBRIDGE PLACE, a Condominium, together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, according to the Declaration of Condominium and all its attachments and amendments, as recorded in Official Records Book 6685, Page 1363, as amended by First Amendment to Declaration as recorded in OR Book 6699, Page 4394; Second Amendment to Declaration as recorded in OR Book 6699, Page 4403 and Third Amendment to Declaration as recorded in OR Book 6699 Page 4412, of the Public Records of Orange County, Florida.
