AS TRUSTEE FOR STRUCTURED ASSET MORTGAGE INVESTMENTS II INC., BEAR STEARNS ALT-A TRUST, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-9 is the Plaintiff and VENTURA AT STONEBRIDGE COMMONS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC; RICHARD J. LECOMTE A/K/A RICHARD LECOMTE; ADELA B. LECOMTE A/K/A ADELA LECOMTE; STONEBRIDGE COMMONS COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC; METROWEST MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC; UNKNOWN PARTIES IN POSSESSION #1 N/K/A LUIS D.
