Final Judgment was awarded on December 19, 2017 in Civil Case No. 2014CA001984000000, of the Circuit Court of the TENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein, WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF BANC OF AMERICA ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2006-3, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-3 is the Plaintiff, and ROBERT A. HUDSON; KAREN A. HUDSON; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF HERMAN T. MILLER N/K/A SARAH MILLER; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A AUTUMN HUDSON-MEYERS; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 N/K/A MATTHEW MEYERS; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
