NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure, dated January 4, 2018, and entered in Case No.: 2016-CA-3385, of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein HARBOR PINES OF MANATEE OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., a Florida not-for-profit corporation, is the Plaintiff, and RAQUEL REVULETA PINDER, is the Defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on the Internet at www.manatee.realforeclose.com beginning at 11:00 a.m., on the 7th day of February 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment.
Unit 8, BLUE DOLPHIN BUILDING OF HARBOR PINES, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 1439, Pages 4215 through 4350, and all amendments and exhibits thereto, as per Plat thereof recorded in Condominium Book 18, Pages 48 through 50, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida. a/k/a Street Address: 6033 34th Street West, Unit 86, Bradenton, FL 34210
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property must file a motion or claim with the Court within thirty (30) days of the date of sale.
