YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action has been filed against you and that you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Kelly A. Rodenas, Esq., whose address is 2075 Main Street, Suite 2, Sarasota, FL 34237 WITHIN THIRTY (30) DAYS after the first publication, if any, and file the original with the clerk of this Court at Manatee County Courthouse, 1115 Manatee Avenue West, Bradenton, Florida 34205, either before service on Petitioner's attorney or immediately thereafter. If you fail to do so, a default may be entered against you for the relief demanded in the petition.
The action is asking the court to allow the minor child # 1, ATHZIRI GISELLE CASTELLANO BEGLE (d/o/b 3/31/2007)
to change the name to ATHZIRI GISELLE BEGLE.
This action is asking the court to allow the minor child #2, LIONEL ALEXANDRE CASTELLANO BEGLE (d/o/b 4/10/12)
to change the name to LIONEL ALEXANDRE BEGLE.
This Notice shall be published once each week for four (4) consecutive weeks in the BUSINESS OBSERVER.
