NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 09, 2017, and entered in 2014 CA 000278 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein CIT BANK, N.A. F/K/A ONEWEST BANK N.A. F/K/A ONEWEST BANK, F.S.B. is the Plaintiff and CRAIG A. ASCHLIMAN, JR., AS SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE OF THE LENER FAMILY TRUST DATED THE 15TH DAY OF MARCH, 2005; ROSE M. ASCHLIMAN; PHILIP W. LENER; LUCEILLE L. MILLER; MICHELLE D. TIMMONS; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT are the Defendant(s). Karen Rushing as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on February 06, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
