NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 28, 2017, entered in Case No. 2016CA005007AX of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit, in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein Finance of America Mortgage LLC is the Plaintiff and Robert Simonsen; Patricia L. Simonsen are the Defendants, that Angelina Colonneso, Manatee County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 26th day of January, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 4, FIRST ADDITION TO HIGHLAND SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGE 79, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
