Notice is hereby given pursuant to the Consent Final Judgment entered in the above-styled Case Number 2015 CA 004919 NC on November 14, 2017 in the Circuit Court of SARASOTA, Florida, that the Clerk of Court shall sell the following property, in SARASOTA County, Florida, described as:
Unit 203-H, SORRENTO PARK, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 1021, Pages 774 thru 834, and all exhibits and amendments recorded in Condominium Plat Book 7, Pages 11, 11A and 11B, as amended, in Condominium Plat Book 14, pages 32, 32A and 32B, Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash, at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 A.M. on February 12, 2018. The highest bidder shall immediately post with the Clerk, a deposit equal to 5% of the final bid. The deposit must be cash or cashier's check payable to the Clerk of Court and will be applied to the sale price at the time of final payment. Final payment must be made on or before 5:00p.m. of the day of the sale by cash or cashier's check.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplu s from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pend ens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
