YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to enforce a lien foreclosure on the following property in Polk County, Florida:
Lot 94, PARK RIDGE AT SUNDANCE, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 137, Pages 35, 36 and 37, of the Public Records of Polk County, Florida.
A lawsuit has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on CARLOS R. ARIAS, ESQUIRE, Plaintiff's Attorney, whose address is ARIAS BOSINGER, PLLC, 140 N. WESTMONTE DR., SUITE 203, ALTAMONTE SPRINGS, FL 32714, within thirty (30) days after the first publication of this notice 2/9/18 and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Lien Foreclosure Complaint.
