NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 21, 2017, entered in Case No. 11-2013-CA-003292 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR WELLS FARGO ASSET SECURITIES CORPORATION, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2006-AR4 is the
Plaintiff and Kellie M. Fitzgerald A/K/A Kellie Fitzgerald; Shawn A. Fitzgerald A/K/A Shawn Fitzgerald, et al are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, Collier County Courthouse Annex, Third Floor Lobby, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, beginning at 11:00 AM. on the 1 day of February, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE WEST 105 FEET OF THE WEST 180 FEET OF TRACT 108, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, UNIT NO. 97, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, AT PAGE 96, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
