Notice is hereby given pursuant to the final judgment/order entered in the above noted case, that Angelina Colonneso, the Clerk of Court shall sell to the highest bidder for cash at 11:00 a.m. , at online public sale at www.manatee.realforeclose.com on February 9, 2018 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 13 AND 14 BLOCK D HARRISON INDUSTRIAL SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 43, PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
