NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure, dated January 8, 2018, and entered in Case No.: 2016-CA-3393, of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein HARBOR PINES OF MANATEE OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., a Florida not for-profit corporation, is the Plaintiff, and HOWARD COSNER, is the Defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on the Internet at www.manatee.realforeclose.com beginning at 11:00 a.m., on the 13th day of February 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment.
Unit 7, OF LAGOON BUILDING OF HARBOR PINES, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 1439, Pages 4215, as amended, and as per Condominium plat thereof recorded in Condominium Book 17, Pages 183 through 185, inclusive, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida; together with an undivided interest in the common properties described in the aforementioned Declaration of Condominium, as amended.
