Unit Week 45 in Condominium Prcel 305V together with an undivided interest in the common elements of Vanderbilt Beach & Harbour Club, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium and Exhibits thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 968 at Pages 1096 through 1190, inclusive. First Amended recorded in Official Records Book 986 at Pages 1016 through 1032, inclusive and Second Amendment recorded in Official Records Book 1033 at pages 1483 through 1510, inclusive and Third Amendment recorded in Official Records book 1058 at Pages 501 through 528, inclusive and Fourth Amendment recorded in Official Records Book 1070 at Pages 685 through 693, inclusive, of all the Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
