NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 28, 2016, and entered in Case No. 14-CA-012628 of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE CWABS, INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES SERIES 2006-24, is Plaintiff and LUCIANO A. PERDOMO, ET AL., are the Defendants, the Office of Pat Frank, Hillsborough County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM on the 24th day of January, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 7, BLOCK 43, JOHN H. DREWS'S FIRST EXTENSION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS REDORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 42, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
