NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated December 19, 2017, and entered in Case No. 17-CA-001491, of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK N.A., AS TRUSTEE, ON BEHALF OF THE HOLDERS OF THE J.P. MORGAN MORTGAGE ACQUISITION CORP. 2006-FRE1 ASSET BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-FRE1 is Plaintiff and SAMUEL MORALES; EUGENIA MORALES; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INC., AS NOMINEE FOR FREMONT INVESTMENT & LOAN, ITS SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS; are defendants. PAT FRANK, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.HILLSBOROUGH.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 10:00 A.M., on the 24 day of January, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 6, BLOCK 19, MAP OF MACFARLANE PARK SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE(S) 82, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
