Galesky, as an Heir of the Estate of Dennis Galesky a/k/a Dennis Charles Galesky a/k/a Dennis C. Galesky, deceased, Rosalee Anne Stevens f/k/a Rosalee Anne McNeal f/k/a Rosalee A. McNeal f/k/a Leeanne A. McNeal f/k/a Leeanne McNeal, as an Heir of the Estate of Dennis Galesky a/k/a Dennis Charles Galesky a/k/a Dennis C.
