NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure, dated December 18, 2017, in the above-styled cause, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on the 22nd day of February, 2018 the following described real property:
Lot 75, of Windsor Park First Addition, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 58, Page 97, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
