NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 5th day of October, 2017and entered in Case No. 15005421CI, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and MATTHEW BLANCHARD A/K/A MATTHEW I. BLANCHARD A/K/A MATTHEW IAN BLANCHARD; SARAH BLANCHARD A/K/A SARAH J. BLANCHARD A/K/A SARAH JANE BLANCHARD; FINANCE HOUSING AUTHORITHY OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA; PINELLAS COUNTY CLERK OF THE COURT; STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A WILLIAM JARDINE and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. KEN BURKE as the Clerk of the Circuit Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 7th day of February 2018, at 10:00 AM on Pinellas County's Public Auction website: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 2, ORANGE RIDGE 2ND ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 52, PAGE 84, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
