BEGINNING AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF LOT 4, BLOCK A, ROBSON AND LOWMAN SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 18, PAGE 18, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND RUN THENCE SOUTH 113.5 FEET ALONG THE EAST BOUNDARY OF SAID LOT 4 TO THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF LOT 4; THENCE EAST 47.7 FEET; THENCE NORTH 113.5 FEET; THENCE WEST 46.5 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING; ALL IN THE WEST HALF (W 1/2) OF THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER (SE 1/4) OF THE NORTHWEST QUARTER (NW 1/4) OF THE SOUTHWEST QUARTER (SW1/4) OF SECTION 8, TOWNSHIP 29 SOUTH, RANGE 19 EAST IN HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on counsel for Plaintiff, whose address is 6409 Congress Avenue, Suite 100, Boca Raton, Florida 33487 on or before Feb 19, 2018/(30 days from Date of First Publication of this Notice) and file the original with the clerk of this court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition filed herein.
