NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 30, 2017, entered in Case No. 15-007516-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein HSBC Bank USA, as trustee for Deutsche Mortgage Securities Inc. Mortgage Loan Trust, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates Series 2004-2 is the Plaintiff and Carl Cartisano; Unknown Spouse of Carl Cartisano; Unknown Spouse of Mary Ellen Fuller; Unknown spouse of William Kelly Seals; Unknown Tenant in Possession No. 1 are the Defendants, that Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 29th day of January, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 4 AND THE WEST 10 FEET OF LOT 3, IN BLOCK 3, CRESTMONT REVISED SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 10, AS RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
