NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 18, 2017, and entered in Case No. 15-007547-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which Wilmington Savings Fund Society, FSB, d/b/a Christiana Trust, not individually but as Trustee for Pretium Mortgage Acquisition Trust, is the Plaintiff and Garrett Hodgdon, As Known Heir Of Conrad Cramer, III A/K/A Conrad C Cramer III, Deceased, JRW Contractor Services, LLC, Stones Throw Condominium Association, Inc., Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors and Trustees of Conrad Cramer, III a/k/a Conrad C. Cramer, III, Deceased, Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 1st day of February, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
