NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 21, 2017 and entered in Case No.: 17-5311-CI-19 of the County Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida wherein CITY OF ST. PETERSBURG, a political subdivision of the State of Florida, is the Plaintiff and STEPHEN L. KING, RONALD J. SILBER, PINELLAS COUNTY CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT, FORD MOTOR CREDIT COMPANY LLC, YELLOW BOOK SALES & DISTRIBUTION, INC., PINELLAS COUNTY BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS, CAPITAL ONE BANK (U.S.A.), N.A., MARK ROESCH, STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE AND PUBLIX are the Defendants. Ken Burke, CPA, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on February 1, 2018 the following described properties set forth in said Final Judgment to wit:
