NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 21, 2017, and entered in Case No. 16-004953-CI, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC, is Plaintiff and JONATHAN FAIR A/K/A JONATHAN M. FAIR; LAURIE NIESEN A/K/A LAURA E. NIESEN; CHASE BANK USA, N.A.; CAPITAL ONE BANK (USA) N.A.; are defendants. Ken Burke, Clerk of the Circuit Court for PINELLAS County, Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 7TH day of FEBRUARY, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

COMMENCE AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF SAID SECTION 16; THENCE NORTH 00°19'08”EAST ALONG THE EAST LINE OF SAID SECTION 16, 1301.23 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 87°09'54”WEST, 90.14 FEET TO THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF THOSE LANDS DESCRIBED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 5390, PAGE 616, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA; THENCE CONTINUE SOUTH 87°09'54” WEST ALONG THE SOUTHERLY LINE OF SAID LANDS, 586.78 FEET TO THE SOUTHEAST CORNER THEREOF; THENCE NORTH 06°33'11” EAST ALONG THE WESTERLY LINE OF SAID LANDS, 50.60 FEET TO THE EASTERLY EXTENSION OF THE NORTHERLY LINE OF THOSE LANDS DESCRIBED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 6246, PAGE 1118 OF SAID PUBLIC RECORDS AND BEING THE POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE CONTINUE NORTH 06°33'11” EAST ALONG SAID WESTERLY LINE, 63.26 FEET TO THE SOUTHEASTERLY CORNER OF THOSE LANDS DESCRIBED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 7399, PAGE 1481 OF SAID PUBLIC RECORDS; THENCE NORTH 83°26'49” WEST ALONG THE SOUTHERLY LINE OF SAID LANDS, 117.00 FEET TO THE EASTERLY RIGHT OF WAY LINE OF OLD RIDGE ROAD (A 33 FOOT HALF RIGHT OF WAY); THENCE SOUTH 06°33'11” WEST ALONG SAID RIGHT OF WAY LINE, 63.30 FEET TO THE NORTHERLY LINE OF THOSE LANDS AS DESCRIBED IN SAID OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 6426, PAGE 1118; THENCE SOUTH 83°28'06” EAST ALONG SAID NORTHERLY LINE AND THE EASTERLY EXTENSION THEREOF, 117.00 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
