NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 05, 2017, and entered in 09-008779-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein MTGLQ INVESTORS, LP is the Plaintiff and SEMINOLE ISLE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; SEMINOLE ISLE MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC.; THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF MARIA CAINE, DECEASED,; VIVIAN KESSLER A/K/A VIVIEN KESSLER; JODI LUNDY A/K/A JOETTA GAIL LUNDY are the Defendant(s). UNIT NO. 206, BUILDING C, OF SEMINOLE ISLE, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 137, PAGE 90, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 14469, PAGE 877, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO.
