NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered January 5, 2018 in Civil Case No. 52-2016-CA-004167 of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Clearwater, Florida, wherein PROF-2013-S3 LEGAL TITLE TRUST, BY U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS LEGAL TITLE TRUSTEE is Plaintiff and BARBARA LAPROVA A/K/A BARBARA H. LAPROVA, ET AL., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court, KEN BURKE, CPA, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 12TH day of February, 2018 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
UNIT NO. 603, BUILDING NO. 6, OF VENETIA CONTRY CLUB, A CONDOMINIUM, AS RECORDED IN THAT DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM SHOWN IN THE OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 14909, PAGE 1961, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, AS RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
