NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 3, 2018 and entered in Case No.: 17-5926-CI-19 of the County Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida wherein CITY OF ST. PETERSBURG, a political subdivision of the State of Florida, is the Plaintiff and THE ESTATE OF RONALD SEGERS, DEPOARTMENT OF TREASURY-INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE and ALL HEIRS AND PERSONS CLAIMING THROUGH BY OR ON BEHALF OF RONALD SEGERS are the Defendants. Ken Burke, CPA, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on February 8, 2018 the following described properties set forth in said Final Judgment to wit:
Lots 1 and 2, Block 5, FOREST HILLS SUBDIVISION, a subdivision according to the plat thereof recorded at Plat Book 6, Page 31, in the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.

Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the Foreclosure Sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on the same with the Clerk of Court within sixty (60) days after the Foreclosure Sale.
