Collard, Julie A. Collard, Waterside Homeowners Association Of Orange County, Inc., are defendants, the Orange County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, Orange County, Florida at 11:00am on the 9th day of February, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
