NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 9, 2014, entered in Case No. 2010-CA-024696-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit, in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY as Trustee for INDYMAC INDX MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2005-AR6, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES Series 2005-AR6 is the Plaintiff and Joe Quevedo; Any and all unknown parties claiming by, through, under, and against the herein named individual defendant(s) who are not known to be dead or alive, whether said unknown parties may claim an interest as spouses, heirs, devisees, grantees, or other claimants; Park North at Cheney Place Condominium Association, Inc.; Unknown Spouse of Joe Quevedo, if married; Tenant 1 and Tenant 2; Joe Quevedo are the Defendants, that Tiffany Russell, Orange County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 on the 31st day of January, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 175 PARK NORTH CHENEY PLACE ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OR BOOK 7712 PAGE 2212 OF THE OFFICIAL RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA AND ALL ITS ATTACHMENTS AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, ALL IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH PARKING SPACE NUMBER 18 AS DESCRIBED IN THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
