NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 13, 2017, and entered in Case No. 2017-CA-003355-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida in which PNC Bank National Association, is the Plaintiff and Amar B. Rambisoon, Eutrice Rambisoon, Lake Cawood Estates Homeowners Association, Inc., Regions Bank, are defendants, the Orange County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, Orange County, Florida at 11:00am on the 13th day of February, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 10, LAKE CAWOOD ESTATES - PHASE II, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 38, PAGES 45 AND 46, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
