NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on in Civil Case No. 16002203CA, of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein, PNC BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff, and UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, SURVIVING SPOUSE, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER, OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF JAMES J. DECOTA, DECEASED; JOANNA DELANEY; MARILYN CATHERINE BRACE; JAMES J. DECOTA, JR.; FRANCIS DECOTA are Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, Roger D. Eaton will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com on February 28, 2018 at 11:00 AM the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 23, BLOCK 387, PORT CHARLOTE SUBDIVISION, SECTION 23, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGES 14A THROUGH 14E, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
