NOTICE IS GIVEN that, in accordance with the Default Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated JANUARY 10, 2018, in the above-styled cause, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, at the Charlotte County Foreclosure Auction website at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com at 11:00a.m. on 2/14/18, the following described property:
Lots 31 and 32, Block 1527, Port Charlotte Subdivision, Section 15, a subdivision according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 5, Page 4A through 4E, Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
