Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on January 25, 2016, and the Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale, in this cause, in the Circuit Court of Charlotte County, Florida, the clerk shall sell the property situated in Charlotte County, Florida, described as:
LOT 10 AND THE EAST 1/2 OF LOT 11, BLOCK B, BAY SHORES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE 49, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.

at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, online at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, on April 11, 2018 beginning at 11:00 AM.
