NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated Nov. 22, 2017, and entered in Case No. 16001572CA, of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for CHARLOTTE County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NA, SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE TO BANK OF AMERICA, NA, SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO LASALLE BANK NA, AS TRUSTEE, ON BEHALF OF THE HOLDERS OF THE WAMU MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-AR13 is Plaintiff and CARL LANGE; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CARL LANGE; HELEN SHEA A/K/A HELEN M. SHEA; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF HELEN SHEA A/K/A HELEN M. SHEA; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; are defendants. ROGER D. A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
